About the role
- Lead large-scale, complex programs composed of multiple interdependent projects
- Define program and/or project vision, objectives, and success metrics
- Establish and oversee governance structures
- Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts
- Develop integrated multi-phase program/project plans
- Ensure consistent application of program and project management standards
- Monitor execution across workstreams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare and deliver executive-ready status reports
- Facilitate executive reviews and planning sessions
Requirements
- 10 - 15+ years of experience in managing multiple project engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or business administration
- PMI Project Management Professional Management certification preferred
- Proven experience managing high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of program management methodologies and governance models
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, or financial services preferred
