About the role

  • Resolve debit card/payment issues and act as first point of contact for payment service inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers via email, chat and phone
  • Respond to a work queue and resolve issues timely, researching and escalating complex issues
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of application functionality and provide information to appropriate CSI departments
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries and promote customer loyalty
  • Perform other duties as assigned; participate in rotating on-call coverage

Requirements

  • Technical Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems and research solutions
  • Banking experience highly regarded, preferably back office
  • Experience working with or for card network partners
  • Teamwork: ability to ask for and receive help during unexpected challenges and urgent requests
  • Work authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
