Translate customer pain points into feature requirements and help define solutions that scale.
Own and update product artifacts in Aha!, including feature documentation, roadmaps, and release plans.
Track and support delivery of network mandates and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and external partners on quarterly reporting and go-to-market planning.
Help prioritize the product backlog with a clear understanding of business impact and technical dependencies.
Leverage the offerings of card and real-time payment networks to build differentiated customer experiences.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or a similar role (open to more experienced PMs looking for faster growth opportunities)
Knowledge and experience in the Payments space
Experience documenting requirements and writing feature specs in tools like Aha!
A natural curiosity and customer-first mindset—you ask “why” before “how.”
Comfort working with ambiguity, iterating quickly, and balancing multiple priorities.
An ability to communicate clearly across business and technical audiences.
