About the role
- Assist sales teams in identifying customer needs and requirements for service solutions
- Conduct presentations of solution functionality and answer questions regarding the value proposition
- Provide product demonstrations and proof of concepts to demonstrate the value proposition
- Work directly with customers to identify business processes and challenges
- Develop customized workflows based on industry best practices and client-specific requirements
- Create business cases outlining cost savings associated with implementing CSG’s services
- Support implementation of CSG’s service offerings once sold
- Collaborate with pre-sales technical support engineers to develop customized solutions
- Hands-on configuration and build of technical demonstration assets
- Develop and present value-based messages and representative technical assets specific to client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- 2 years of experience with Financial services or the Healthcare industry
- Skills must include JSON, XML, Web Services, and cloud technologies
- Hands-on configuration and build of technical demonstration assets
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
- Ability to bridge discussions between technical and business stakeholders
