About the role
- Assist other analyst with reviewing primary and excess risks
- Participate in preparing submissions, policy wordings, and related documentation
- Obtain and review necessary company approvals
- Collaborate with Operations teams on file setup and documentation
- Learn and apply the company’s risk appetite, guidelines, and policies
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and expectations
- Attend meetings and conference calls as appropriate complete funding returns and collection process
- Contact individuals or businesses with overdue accounts
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Professional interpersonal skills for internal and external client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable discussing payment plans and resolving disputes
- Certified Collection Professional (CCP) or similar credential is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
