About the role
- Coordinate cross teams support (Services, Development)
- You will provide support
- Provide documentation for the things you build
- Troubleshoot to find and fix bugs
- Identify tasks suitable for automation
- Promote modern standards in DevOps, Big Data ETL, and Cloud Practices
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in a distributed global organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience delivering a SAAS or PAAS Product in the cloud
- Terraform or Ansible experience
- Provable Bash scripting and Python coding experience
- Experience with and used CI/CD like GitLab and Azure DevOps
- Experience provisioning operations and management in AWS/GCP or Azure
- Familiarity with RCA and Post Mortems (Chaos Engineering)
- Familiar with Cloud Monitoring tools such as AWS Cloud Watch, Grafana OpenSearch
- Ability to work in a CLT contract position
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in an engineering environment
