About the role
- Implement and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Configure and manage monitoring systems to track the health and performance of services.
- Automate operational tasks such as infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and server scaling.
- Manage critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and documenting solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Work with product and operations teams to define SLAs, monitor SLIs, and ensure SLOs are met.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure code changes, new features, and security practices do not compromise reliability.
- Monitor and adjust infrastructure resources to ensure cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an SRE, DevOps, or in similar roles.
- Experience provisioning cloud environments on Azure.
- Experience with containerization (AKS, ACR, ACI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform with the azurerm provider).
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Scripting skills (ShellScript, PowerShell).
