CSCI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform for the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC). This role enables IT service management, workflow automation, and reporting across mission-critical logistics systems, while ensuring strict DoD security requirements.
Responsibilities: Administer and maintain ServiceNow tools and applications; Support system migrations, enhancements, and workflow development; Provide on-call support and troubleshoot technical issues; Coordinate with government stakeholders to prioritize updates; Maintain documentation and standards for ServiceNow operations; Ensure compliance with DoD security regulations during system changes.

Requirements
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (required)
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
Familiarity with DevOps integrations (GitLab, JFROG, SonarQube)
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
