About the role
- Responsible for developing the strategic vision, objectives, and goals for Security Products
- Manager oversees a global team of Software Engineers and professionals
- Responsible for managing the proprietary technologies used for DBS Digital assets 24/7 environment
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines for technology operations
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization as well as senior management and stakeholders
- Meet with customers to go over various reporting and provide technical analysis of Technology incidents
- Continuously assess and improve our Technologies capabilities, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in Software Development
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a large global organization
- Knowledge of Security Products
- 10+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Software Development
- Bilingual/Multilingual skills preferred
- Customer management software experience
- Technical background must be in the Cyber Security space
- Knowledge of Cyber Security threat vectors
- Risk Mitigation & Management
- Good knowledge of IT, Internet and Data Center Technology
- Practical experience with data center operations and environments
