About the role

  • Responsible for developing the strategic vision, objectives, and goals for Security Products
  • Manager oversees a global team of Software Engineers and professionals
  • Responsible for managing the proprietary technologies used for DBS Digital assets 24/7 environment
  • Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines for technology operations
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization as well as senior management and stakeholders
  • Meet with customers to go over various reporting and provide technical analysis of Technology incidents
  • Continuously assess and improve our Technologies capabilities, processes, and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in Software Development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a large global organization
  • Knowledge of Security Products
  • 10+ years of prior leadership experience, preferably in the field of Software Development
  • Bilingual/Multilingual skills preferred
  • Customer management software experience
  • Technical background must be in the Cyber Security space
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security threat vectors
  • Risk Mitigation & Management
  • Good knowledge of IT, Internet and Data Center Technology
  • Practical experience with data center operations and environments
