  • Lead annual and quarterly planning in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Establish and run the operating rhythm that keeps strategic initiatives on track.

  • Identify friction and inefficiency across the business, driving improvements using AI, automation, analytics, and process redesign.
  • Support evaluation of organic and inorganic growth opportunities (e.g., partnerships, product adjacencies, acquisitions).
  • Drive outcomes through influence across Finance, HR, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Build trusted relationships, clarify ownership, and hold the line on priorities, timelines, and results.

Requirements

  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations: You diagnose root causes, frame options, drive decisions, and build practical plans teams can execute.
  • Possess a bias for action: You move fast, learn quickly, and iterate. You balance speed with sound judgment and bring others along through clarity and momentum.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and drive outcomes through others. Strength with running cadences (OKRs/KPIs, portfolio reviews), holding owners accountable, and communicating effectively with senior leaders.
  • Strategy consulting background (Big 4, MBB, or boutique) with demonstrated operating ownership is preferred.
  • Experience leading or supporting M&A transactions and post-merger integration is a plus.
  • Background in FP&A, corporate development, business operations, or a Chief of Staff-style role is a plus.
