• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ body and paint technicians
• Drive daily production, cycle times, and throughput to meet or exceed targets
• Ensure high-quality repairs and refinishing standards across all work completed
• Oversee job scheduling, work distribution, and shop workflow optimization
• Manage department profitability, including labor efficiency, materials usage, and cost control
• Partner with estimating, parts, and operations teams to ensure smooth job execution
• Maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and key accounts
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, rework rates, and gross profit margins

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Manage accounts payable workflows from receipt through payment
• Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teams
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end close tasks related to AP
• Support reporting and data entry within accounting systems
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
