About the role
- Support leadership on AI Data Center, Power Plant, and Manufacturing Plant projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, IT, operations, EH&S) and external vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Assist with site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Assist in preparing/tracking project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk registers
- Identify and help mitigate construction risks
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations for project integration
- Provide regular progress updates and highlight key milestones
- Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and permit coordination
- Maintain project documentation (minutes, drawings, specs, commissioning records)
- Enforce and maintain safety protocols on all sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 0–3 years of construction management experience (data centers, industrial, or commercial facilities preferred)
- Understanding of building structures and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Familiarity with MEP systems, manufacturing, natural gas pipelines, or high-availability infrastructure (plus)
- Experience with construction management software (MS Project, Procore, Monday.com, Bluebeam, Autodesk, GSuite)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel ~25% (more if needed)
- Bonus: OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification
