About the role
- Support the Director, People Services in executing strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence
- Lead People operational processes and ensure compliance with policies
- Provide expert guidance on People Services support related issues
- Oversee Workday data management and reporting accuracy
- Drive People Services projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage complex cases and improve People service delivery
- Mentor and develop junior People Services team members
- Oversee People processes across all People functions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Services/Operations or a related field
- Ideally in media or tech
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement People best practices
- In-depth knowledge of Workday and data analytics
- Mastery of all services provided by the People Services team
