About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders - decision makers, audit partners, and tech adoption champions
- Ensure that our customers have strong product knowledge and adoption
- Build product champions and help customers to strategize change management
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support commercial discussions
- Collaborate with Product to deliver client feedback and support the development of meaningful improvements
- Help customers translate audit goals into successful platform usage during the audit process
- Support Trullion’s Audit Firm customers and partner with firm leaders to shape the future of auditing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of experience in audit management in public accounting
- Deep audit experience to collaborate with customers
- Ability to leverage your audit and accounting expertise to enable customers to set goals and drive adoption
- Direct experience managing audits
- Deep understanding of audit workflows and accounting firm roles and responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, demonstrating the ability to cultivate deep relationships with firm leadership
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week
