Provide 'hands-on' project management of projects throughout their life cycle: leading projects from initiation, through requirements & design, solution development, testing, and deployment
Customer facing role providing status reporting regarding project progress, key milestone dates, identify risks/issues/dependencies to all project stakeholders
Create and manage effort/budget estimates for all stages of the implementation projects, including the identification and justification of additional effort/budget required
Manage the project scope and changes
Management of project resources
Evaluation of project lessons learnt
Manage client relationships and our touch points with customers and internal teams
Suggest enhancement to solution delivery process, establishing practices, templates, and tools to enhance and expand the delivery of projects within the business.
