About the role

  • Vice President of Partner & Channel Sales responsible for scaling footprint and driving revenue growth
  • Design and launch a comprehensive partner and channel strategy across REITs, Private Equity-backed enterprises, Service Delivery Partners, and Strategic Alliances
  • Actively manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue bookings
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value new partners to extend market reach
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partner sales team while remaining hands-on with existing partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Service Delivery, and Customer Success to align partner engagement strategies and deliver exceptional partner experience

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel or partner sales strategies, leading to measurable revenue growth
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value partnerships and secure strategic relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Strong leadership experience in building and scaling sales teams
  • Outstanding executive presence, communication, and relationship building capabilities
  • Prior experience in energy, sustainability, technology services, or energy efficiency solutions — highly desirable but not required
