About the role
- Management and coordination of CXC team leads
- Ensuring efficient operations of the Customer Experience Centers across Europe
- Developing processes to improve the customer experience
- Monitoring of lead KPIs
- Preparation of national and international reports
- Ensuring adherence to the lead process
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and/or degree (e.g., business administration)
- (International) experience in data-driven marketing (B2B) or sales
- Initial leadership/management experience
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
- Very good German and English skills
