About the role
- Responsible for environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs at the Roding site
- Lead and further develop EHS programs at the site
- Lead and coach the EHS team and work closely with site management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards
- Implement and maintain ISO safety and environmental management systems
- Support the execution of internal audits
Requirements
- Degree in safety engineering, environmental management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in EHS management, ideally in an industrial company
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety, environmental protection and ISO management systems
- Leadership experience
- Confident communication in English and German
- Ability to explain technical details accurately in English
- Analytical thinking, assertiveness and a hands-on mentality
