Lead administration and configuration of Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Meet) and third-party integrations
Manage enterprise collaboration tools such as Box and Dropbox, ensuring smooth integration and data sharing
Implement security best practices including access control, data loss prevention, and encryption policies
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, including GDPR and other data protection regulations
Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity and lead troubleshooting for complex technical issues
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely closure of requests and provide user training and guidance
Lead data migration projects between collaboration platforms (e.g., Box to Google Drive)
Integrate Google Workspace with other enterprise systems and tools to ensure seamless workflows
Continuously optimize Google Workspace usage, develop reporting on tool usage, system performance, and license management
Leverage Google Apps Script and other automation tools to enforce security policies and automate routine administrative tasks
Lead integrations using Google Workspace APIs to streamline secure data flows while ensuring cybersecurity standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of experience managing and administering collaboration platforms in an enterprise environment
Experience in supporting organization to organization Merger & Acquisition activities
Expertise in Google Workspace administration, security, and third-party integrations
Strong knowledge of Box and Dropbox configuration, data management, and enterprise security practices
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations
Demonstrated experience in data migration projects between collaboration platforms
Deep understanding of enterprise IT policies, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks (including GDPR)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex technical issues in a large-scale environment
Strong communication skills, with ability to train and support end-users and technical teams
