Work with our customers to validate and respond to their security concerns.
Assist with triage of incoming customer inquiries to assess priority.
Investigate and respond to requests to ensure customer environments are secure.
Collaborate with support teams to triage and fix customer issues.
Learn and use different CrowdStrike Falcon Modules to aid in helping to protect our customers from new and innovative threats.
Gain exposure and experience working incoming issues and alerts and determine whether they are malicious and why.
Contribute to project-based work with cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to triage workflows, product functionality, and specialized security tooling.
Internship runs June - August 2026 (12 Weeks), in-office in San Antonio, TX or St. Louis, MO.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year College or University working towards an AA, AS, or AAS / BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field.
Graduating during or between December 2026 - August 2027.
An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.
Collaboration is intrinsic; strong communication and teamwork skills required.
Fundamental understanding of information security, sysinternals, and network communications.
