About the role

  • Oversee and manage internal business operations, ensuring efficiency in workflows, team communication, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strategies for talent development and retention.
  • Coordinate internal projects, ensuring timely execution and effective team collaboration.
  • Track resource utilization and project status, providing updates to leadership.
  • Evaluate new opportunities by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and preparing business proposals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, support cross-team communication, and organize internal events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of internal resources, ensuring proper allocation and management of team assets such as technology, software, and equipment.

Requirements

  • Must be a current U.S. residence and lived in the U.S for 3 of the past 5 years.
  • U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, talent recruiting, or project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in business operations, talent acquisition, and team coordination.
  • Skilled in setting up and documenting small business workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • May require travel to Washington D.C for initial onboarding and quarterly client meetings.
  • Must be available on camera and on company-provided communication tools such as Slack, email, and for meetings between 9 AM-5 PM EST.
