Evaluate new opportunities by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and preparing business proposals.
Facilitate regular team meetings, support cross-team communication, and organize internal events, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain accurate tracking of internal resources, ensuring proper allocation and management of team assets such as technology, software, and equipment.
Requirements
Must be a current U.S. residence and lived in the U.S for 3 of the past 5 years.
U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business operations, talent recruiting, or project coordination.
Strong proficiency in business operations, talent acquisition, and team coordination.
Skilled in setting up and documenting small business workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
May require travel to Washington D.C for initial onboarding and quarterly client meetings.
Must be available on camera and on company-provided communication tools such as Slack, email, and for meetings between 9 AM-5 PM EST.
