About the role
- Utilize tools within the Snowflake and Salesforce portfolios (Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, Tableau Next, Agentforce, Slack) to build AI-first internal analytics products.
- Refine and enhance the business context mapping within AI analytics solutions to ensure data products remain accurate, relevant, and continuously evolve to meet changing organizational needs.
- Build conversational BI interfaces that enable natural language querying of company data.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure AI analytics solutions are built with robust security and access controls.
- Create automated insight generation systems that proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business data.
- Develop augmented analytics capabilities that assist users with data preparation, analysis, and interpretation.
- Partner with teams across the organization to gather business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into effective technical analytics solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle for analytics solutions, from concept to deployment, by defining requirements, prioritizing features, gathering user feedback, and driving continuous improvement to ensure solutions deliver maximum business value.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, enablement resources, and product roadmaps to drive adoption, educate users on AI-powered analytics capabilities, and communicate the strategic vision for data solutions across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and demonstrated passion for data-driven problem solving.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with demonstrated use of AI tools in your daily work.
- Strong proficiency with Snowflake, including complex SQL queries and experience implementing AI/ML capabilities within the Snowflake ecosystem (particularly Snowflake Cortex).
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and experience building conversational AI interfaces for business analytics applications.
- Outstanding communication abilities that transform complex technical concepts into concise, clear explanations for stakeholders of all levels.
- Quick learner with exceptional business acumen and ability to rapidly understand metrics across multiple domains including HR, IT, Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Partner operations.
