About the role

  • Gather, transform, and analyze data
  • Maintain data quality
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Provide insights to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with leadership to identify business requirements and data needs
  • Build and maintain critical dashboards
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy
  • Become the subject matter expert for Alliances data
  • Drive global consistency
  • Partner with Alliance operations in implementing standardized GTM processes and policies
  • Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, reports, and queries with the highest level of data quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create data visualizations
  • Partner with CrowdStrike Data Engineering team to ingest data into the Datalake
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and patterns
  • Complete recurring run-the-business tasks
  • Implement and maintain a data quality and reporting framework
  • Effectively communicate insights and data trends to stakeholders
  • Provide support, guidance, and training on data warehouse and tooling to Alliances team members
  • Create documentation for all aspects of Alliances data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
  • A graduate degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, including experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and Excel
  • Proven ability to create effective data visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex information to stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute and document ideas and concepts with little to no day-to-day direction
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including leadership and other departments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced experience with Excel is required.
