About the role
- Develop and execute a multi-year Product Roadmap for Compensation, Benefits, and ancillary HR systems
- Ensure the tech stack aligns with long-term HR strategies, specifically focusing on pay equity, global scaling, and employee retention
- Act as the bridge between Total Rewards strategy and System Capability
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex compensation and benefits philosophies into scalable technical requirements
- Design and manage critical integrations between HR source systems and third-party vendors in partnership with HRIS
- Ensure that data flows seamlessly and securely across the ecosystem to maintain a "Single Source of Truth"
- Continue to lead the on-going implementation of CrowdStrike’s new Advanced Compensation product as well as provide vendor management and advocate for CS improvements with the vendor
- Lead the global configuration and deployment of new features, focusing on automation, scalability and user experience
- Audit current system workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
- Manage relationships with external SaaS vendors and service providers
- Own the technical relationship, ensuring high-quality support, uptime, and strict contract compliance with Total Rewards tools along with CrowdStrike’s HRIS team
- Document and socialize repeatable technical program updates and playbooks
- Partner with the Change Management and HR Services teams on readiness efforts for deployments and updates
- Continue to evolve the Annual Compensation Review process and implement a fully automated, scalable technology solution for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing compensation processes and Advanced Compensation cycles within an HRIS (Workday, Oracle, or specialized tools like Beqom/MarketPay)
- Strong understanding of ESPP, equity vesting logic, and benefits enrollment cycles
- Advanced capability in data architecture—knowing how to structure data for easy reporting and "one-click" audits
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent preferred plus 15+ years relevant experience
- Deep understanding of Total Rewards frameworks, systems, and global application of programs at the local level
- Required experience includes Workday, SaaS products, data integrations, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with proven ability.
