About the role
- Own and execute the full sales cycle for new logo prospects and existing customers in your assigned territory
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
- Generate your pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting activities
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events)
- Research and identify high-value prospects within your territory
- Book and conduct qualified discovery meetings
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand customer pain points, security posture, and business objectives
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Teams)
- Build and execute account strategies using MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Channel & Alliances, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive customer outcomes
- Share best practices and contribute to team success
- Represent CrowdStrike at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota overachievement
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition in complex, consultative sales environments
- Experience selling to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with demonstrated ability to self-generate pipeline
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
