About the role

  • Support International Payroll team in SSC-Pune, India
  • Consolidate information required to perform payroll calculation and reconcile calculations with payroll allocations
  • Deliver reports and activate payments per organizational policies and legislative regulations
  • Review payroll and related administration reports and counter defects; implement annual review cycles/year end
  • Collect and analyze data on process/tool capabilities and suggest quality improvements
  • Support communications and implementation of changes to business processes
  • Recommend process improvement plans and support service delivery and SLA maintenance
  • Ensure governance and compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain vendor communications, conduct quality/risk checks, and monitor vendor performance
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Serve as main contact for stakeholders and engage regularly to align expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 6 - 10 years of experience with EMEA/APAC with a high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, payroll statutory, earnings and deduction codes, GL mapping
  • Knowledge of ESPP, STOCK, RSU is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple country payrolls and be proactive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company
  • Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
  • Experience with Workday, NetSuite, SQL/SAP based payroll system (preferred)
