Sales Development Rep

• You identify relevant target companies, segment them precisely, and approach decision-makers in a structured way via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• You sometimes conduct initial conversations, analyze needs, timing, and decision-making structures, and hand qualified opportunities over to the sales team
• You consistently record all activities in the CRM, document next steps, and ensure transparent, reliable pipeline data
• You identify inactive contacts and opportunities from our extensive customer database and develop targeted re-engagement measures
• You coordinate closely with sales and marketing and optimize target audience approaches, lead quality, and messaging
• You manage your activities based on clear KPIs (e.g., meetings, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
