Requirements
5+ years of experience, including 2+ in crypto BD, sales, or related roles
Deeply connected in the crypto ecosystem with a strong personal network
Crypto-native, chronically online, and ahead of market trends
Understands technical products in detail and can sell to a technical audience
Self-starter mindset: proactively raising questions, creating sales collateral, and building lasting client relationships
Operates as a trusted cross-functional partner, providing actionable insights to product, marketing, customer engineering, devrel, and other teams to help Crossmint win the best partners
Bonus points: ex crypto founder who has created and driven adoption for own project; personally crypto enjoyer who regularly trades, checks new products, and reads whitepapers/protocol documentation; prior BD role at a leading crypto company; builds personal systems with AI tools to accelerate outbound and re-engage leads
