About the role
- Lead end-to-end OneStream AR and TXM implementations
- Design and configure matching logic for complex use cases
- Strengthen financial controls by implementing risk-based reporting frameworks
- Drive period-end close acceleration and broader CPM/EPM improvements
- Manage projects through all phases across organizational, process, technology, and data dimensions
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams
- Drive business development efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, BlackLine)
- Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting)
- Demonstrated expertise in OneStream AR and TXM solutions
- Hands-on experience migrating clients from standalone reconciliation tools to OneStream's unified Financial Close platform
- Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes
- Experience with analytical and modeling tools
