About the role
- Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Provide expert guidance across compensation, benefits, talent management, L&D, and workforce planning
- Lead and execute HR initiatives that boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to guide decision-making and talent strategy
- Partner with leadership on change management efforts and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, conducting audits and implementing improvements
- Collaborate with global HR teams to localize and implement global initiatives
- Lead or support ad hoc HR projects as needed
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering roles - Must
- Experience in global & Israeli hi-tech environments - Must
- Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
- Proven problem-solver with analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience using an HRIS (preferably Workday), as well as Excel and project management tools
