About the role
- Provide customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications
- Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal)
Requirements
- Speak Hebrew fluently
- Can confidently communicate in English (B2 level)
- Ideally have prior experience in customer support — full training will be provided if not
