About the role

  • Provide customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications
  • Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal)

Requirements

  • Speak Hebrew fluently
  • Can confidently communicate in English (B2 level)
  • Ideally have prior experience in customer support — full training will be provided if not
