About the role
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying and developing new opportunities
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses, agencies, and decision-makers (including C-level contacts)
- Present, recommend, and negotiate suitable cloud-based technology solutions
- Handle objections and close deals through a consultative sales approach
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and client success
Requirements
- Fluent German (B2+/C1) and English (B2 or higher)
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ability to communicate confidently with decision-makers and business leaders
- Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based software solutions
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland or already based in the area
