About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers may face, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Assist new clients with onboarding processes, ensuring they understand how to use the company’s products and services effectively.
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Fluent Danish speaker with a strong command of English (B2-C1).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Passion for helping customers and providing a high level of service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
