About the role
- Use CRM tools to contact and qualify accounts
- Generate and manage new business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, revenue, accounts contacted)
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and communication records
- Follow up on meetings, events, and group accommodation opportunities
- Apply upselling strategies when handling client requests
- Offer alternative solutions when availability is limited
- Support business travel and individual booking inquiries
- Participate in focused sales initiatives and campaigns
Requirements
- Bilingual or proficient Norwegian (C1–C2)
- Advanced English
- Sales background (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Hospitality background (beneficial but not mandatory)
