About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Finnish-speaking advertisers
- Identify business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions
- Drive sales growth by optimizing campaigns and improving performance
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Analyze data and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
- C2 level of Finnish and high level of English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
- Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in marketing, technology, and continuous learning
