About the role
- Support customers via chat, email, and phone

- Document interactions in internal systems
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Work independently while staying connected with the team and leader
Requirements
- Native or fluent Ukrainian
- Good level of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment
- Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage but not mandatory
