About the role
- Assist customers in Danish with booking inquiries, travel arrangements, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about flights, accommodation, and travel services.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company policies.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service across phone, chat, and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Requirements
- Language skills: Native or C1/C2 level in Danish
- Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Must already be based in Estonia (remote work permitted)
