About the role
- Plan, organize, and execute national and international congresses and trade fairs
- Manage the company’s exhibition booth, including on-site consulting and customer interaction
- Represent the company and its products professionally at events
- Collaborate on sales-related projects and digital marketing initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product management
- Support post-event follow-up activities and evaluate event success
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2 level) as the working language
- Proven experience in sales or a comparable commercial role
- Willingness to travel regularly for events (8–12 per year)
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Personal traits: Versatile and adaptable; hands-on, proactive, and well organized; comfortable working independently and taking ownership
