Requirements
- French (C2 or higher) + English (minimum B2)
- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide fast and accurate solutions with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Help customers resolve issues related to services or accounts

- Collaborate with the team to ensure an optimal customer experience
