About the role
- Assist French-speaking users via phone, email, and chat
- Provide fast and accurate solutions with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Help users resolve technical or account-related issues
- Update and manage information in internal systems

Requirements
- French (C2 or native-level) + English (minimum B2)
- Experience in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
