About the role
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers by phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and propose the most appropriate solutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty
- Manage customer cases efficiently using various tools and internal systems
- Actively contribute to a motivating, collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
- Customer-service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
- Previous customer service experience is an asset (not required)
- Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
