About the role
- Provide customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or above) – written and spoken
- Basic English skills (B1 or above) – for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
