About the role

  • Own the full technical stack from matching engine to smart contracts to mobile app
  • Architect and ship the off-chain Sidecar Sequencer (Rust)
  • Build the full risk stack: collateral weighting, cross-asset netting, real-time risk calculations
  • Design and implement the liquidation engine and insurance fund architecture
  • Coordinate with Crypto.com tokenization team

Requirements

  • 12+ years engineering, 5+ in senior technical leadership
  • Deep trading infrastructure and risk management experience
  • Hands-on blockchain/DeFi depth or proven ability to ramp fast
  • Strongly Preferred TradFi-to-crypto crossover trajectory
  • Systems-level technical depth
