About the role

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
  • Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year
  • Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales and customer service
  • Own and lead all daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional consumer service and accurate POS management
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4+ years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
  • Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and continuously move around the store for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
