About the role

  • Develop and deliver clear, strategic briefs aligned to brand, marketing and business objectives
  • Partner closely with channel owners and creative teams to build best-in-class consumer journeys and creative executions that align to the brief and maximize campaign investment
  • Lead projects which involve external partners across various industries with mass consumer appeal
  • Serve as a key strategic partner for cross functional teams including product, merchandising and sales, fostering collaboration and incorporating inputs to strengthen campaign effectiveness
  • Develop campaign playbooks and oversee the execution of that strategy across all geographic territories
  • Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring execution drives engagement, traffic and consumer acquisition
  • Ensure alignment with Legal on all product, partner and marketing activation plans to maintain compliance and adhere to contractual requirements

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
  • 5-6+ years marketing experience, preferably with a global brand that operates in multiple channels and geographic regions
  • Experience in footwear, licensing, fashion or talent management is a strong plus
  • Deep passion for brand partnerships, digital, social commerce and working in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of music, fashion, entertainment and cultural trends
  • Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence with an eye for detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
