About the role
- Ensure timely, accurate and responsible material level channel and account forecasts
- Oversee digital account forecasts and utilize sales trend analysis
- Evaluate final channel demand projections versus revenue targets
- Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and merchandising teams
- Conduct monthly and seasonal analysis of actual performance
- Support development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
- Review monthly open-to-buy (OTB) projections and determine account-specific targets
- Provide sell-through data and classification performance insights
- Generate executive and non-executive reports
- Lead the organization towards excellence in digital planning
- Drive cultural shift towards data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- At least 8+ years in planning OTB / Demand within a digital environment
- Direct-to-consumer experience preferred
- At least 3+ years of leading others
- OTB and Demand Planning Experience is required
- Understanding of Digital Customer experience and key players
- Strong analytical capabilities using both systemic and Excel based tools
- Extensive experience using Excel, Power BI a plus
