Own and manage demand, supply, and/or merchandise plans across in‑season, seasonal, and long‑range horizons
Validate purchase requirements and support monthly buy placement, supply planning, and S&OP cycles
Monitor and execute plans, proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to demand shifts and inventory levels
Analyze pre‑season, in‑season, and post‑season performance
Develop inventory and assortment strategies for launches and core programs
Translate sales, inventory, SKU, and market data into insights
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy
Optimize planning parameters, inventory positioning, and transfers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, mathematics, or a related field
At least 5+ years of Planning experience across supply, demand, merchandise, assortment, or inventory planning in a multi‑channel environment
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
Working knowledge of ERP, planning, and demand/supply systems
