About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, team members and the community.
- Lead the store team to achieve and exceed performance metrics.
- Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines.
- Contribute to creating a positive team working environment.
- Learn and assist across various store departments.
- Support team members in the day-to-day execution of retail operations.
- Adhere to Crocs, Inc.'s asset protection policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of total retail experience, with preference given to candidates who have previously held store leadership positions.
- Proven leadership skills, with a willingness to challenge, empower and drive team results.
- Proven communication skills in the local language and in English (written and verbal).
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
- A genuine passion for retail and sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
