About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback
- Assist with daily retail operations including service, inventory, and cleanliness
- Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about products and initiatives
- Model best practices to drive sales performance and inspire team success
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience preferred
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record in inspiring and empowering teams
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is essential
