About the role
- Champion a digital-first mindset by identifying opportunities for online exclusives
- Own the end-to-end buying and trading process for the DTC business
- Oversee the full product lifecycle
- Lead weekly and monthly trading reviews to analyze in-season performance
- Monitor inventory flow and delivery schedules
- Partner closely with Digital, Planning, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail merchandising or buying
- Deep understanding of the Australian retail landscape and digital consumer behavior
- Strong understanding of inventory management, open-to-buy (OTB) processes, and the levers required to drive digital profitability
- Data-driven and analytical
- Ability to manage product lifecycles in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
